My experience with Selena was a positive one and I am happy with the Subaru I purchased, however I was a little disappointed that the tires that came on the vehicle were on the wear bars especially after happy with the Subaru I purchased, however I was a little disappointed that the tires that came on the vehicle were on the wear bars especially after being told the dealership goes above and beyond when it comes to safety inspections. I in turn had to purchase new tires for the vehicle above and beyond the purchase price and I thought I would have had a full tank of gas when picking up the vehicle. More

I had the most unpleasant experience about 3 months ago with Subaru Newmarket services, after been a loyal customer of 13 years with Subaru. My 100 thousand km service turned to a nightmare for incapable service that cost me more than $1600. My car still oil leaking, and my exhaust is making a weird sound in the back maybe still damaged. People from Newmarket services are not professional and I DO NOT TRUST THEM AND I WONT GO BACK TO SEE THEM, I am so disappointed because I spent a lot of money, and my car is worse than ever. I’m still paying my car and I only can say that the good reviews they got is because they’re only good at selling but their service is dishonest and scamming. More
