I am so glad I decided to come to this dealership! Everyone was helpful but our sales rep Mathew really went above and beyond. He did a great job hearing me out and answering my questions. The timeline and availability for the car I was interested in was unknown and I really appreciated that he shared industry knowledge to help provide context for his thinking rather than give any blanket statement. His genuine approach really made me trust him and was the reason I decided to sign in the end. When I did get my car, he was so accommodating of my pickup requests and actually made the time so I could pick it up earlier rather later. I just loved the entirety of my experience and really appreciate how much this dealership cares about customer service. I highly recommend this location and Mathew as your guy! More

I had a very negative experience with NewRoads Subaru Newmarket. I bought a 2021 Hyundai Kona SE on Feb 18, 2025, and was told it only had a minor accident. Later I discovered it had a major $8,975 accid Newmarket. I bought a 2021 Hyundai Kona SE on Feb 18, 2025, and was told it only had a minor accident.
