Friendly service advisor…. but the day the car was advised to be ready from its repair I made no less than 5 attempts to call and a couple of messages that were not replied to, but the day the car was advised to be ready from its repair I made no less than 5 attempts to call and a couple of messages that were not replied to, Car wasn’t ready until following day which made it difficult to arrange a ride to pickup the vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle and seeing the actual repair and still exposed wiring I cannot fathom the $900 charge with being only $81 in parts please see photos, exposed wire 2” away from repair. I had asked several staff to speak to the Dealership Manager only to not get a reply. More
