SALES VISIT - USED

In October I looked at a ford explorer xlt at the newroads Toyota I saw on line. I went and wanted to take for a test drive the vehicle would not start they boosted it and took it out when we got bac newroads Toyota I saw on line. I went and wanted to take for a test drive the vehicle would not start they boosted it and took it out when we got back stopped the car it would not start again went and talked to sales person and she said they would fix it. Got a call later in the week to say it it was running they replaced the battery took it out again. After the drive I informed the sales lady there was a noise of knocking in the car at low speed and was told they'd look into it. They me a price on the car and really would not come off that price. So I went looking at other vehicles. Went to newroads chrysler in newmarket while talking to salesman I mentioned the explorer at Toyota he went seen his manager and come up with a better price they said they would have the car brought in from Toyota whitch they did. Picked up vehicle on Thursday November 9. Took the car home went out Friday and at the first stop the car was dead called c a a boosted the car he did an a v r check and informed me that the battery was no good. Took it back to chrysler and they did tests and replaced the battery for real this time.Very nice service people to deal with . At that time I told them about the other noise coming from the car they told me to keep an eye on it and if it changes let them know. Over the weekend it got a little louder so I took it back to chrysler to have it checked and made an appointment to have it fixed on November 15. In 4 days I have put 100kms on it. Also Toyota certified the car?? More

Busy dealership, lots of staff, pleasant reception and was extremely pleased to work with Fernando Lucadamo. We initially went to Newmarket Toyota in July 2023 and spent a fair amount of time with Fernando. He was professional, calming and extremely pleasant to work with him. Immediately after our visit, I received a phone call that my sister had suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. Thereafter my mind was no longer focused on purchasing a car. When life and time allowed me to refocus on purchasing a car in October, I immediately went back to see Fernando. If he had not been there that Friday, I would have waited for when he was available. After what my family had been dealing with since July, I needed a calm and sincere person to help me through a vehicle purchase., I was not interested in going to other dealerships. I wanted a Toyota Camry and I needed the right person to help me through my purchase. I never felt pressured but rather supported. Fernando gave me so much information on my Camry and spent time to show me the car’s features before I drove off the lot with my new purchase. Fernando always demonstrated professionalism, respectfulness and integrity, traits that I value in customer service and work ethics.
