We picked up our new Venza on Thursday, Mike our salesman was great, the car was detailed very nicely. It wasn't until Saturday that we got the Toyota app working on our phone. I happened to notice that the was great, the car was detailed very nicely. It wasn't until Saturday that we got the Toyota app working on our phone. I happened to notice that the tire pressure was at 55 psi. I checked the tire pressure in the owners manual and the door sticker on the car and it should of been 33 psi .That is 22 psi over inflated, a very dangerous situation, especially on wet roads. So much for PDI on that car, it probably wasn't done. How could the service department let that car go out the door like that. I have no confidence in the service department at Newmarket Toyota and will probably never take it there for service. More
