There was no sales pressure and I was able to test drive the car to my satisfaction. Negotiating a price was quite expeditious, stress free and I felt mutually fair. The only negative is the remaining chemical smell from the detailing as my wife is allergic. In fairness the dealer attempted to solve this before I took delivery but it still persists. I'm sure it will dissipate over time. It would be good if we new what cleaning agent the Detailers used so we can tackle it further at home. Overall this was a very good experience. Diagnostic fees with ECP Really disappointed with my Toyota ECP experience. Long story short, my 2015 Tacoma A/C compressor failed, thankfully it's a covered component by EC Really disappointed with my Toyota ECP experience. Long story short, my 2015 Tacoma A/C compressor failed, thankfully it's a covered component by ECP. The not so great part, the dealer claims they cannot recover their diagnostic time from ECP, therefore the end user has to pay for the diagnosis. I totally disagree with this approach, if the failure is not a covered component, it's my invoice, I get that, but for covered components diagnostics should be included. Once again watch out for the fine print and don't believe any of the marketing material out there. "Assured, worry-free motoring, no deductible" etc, not completely true. More

My mother was very nervous but Francois did a great job making her feel at ease which was of tremendous value to the decision and closing process. I also appreciate that the dealership had fair asking prices for the used vehicles we considered. This really reduces the stress that could be built up by having to aggressively negotiate the price. My mother couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and my Thanks to Francois for everything he did to make that so. More
