Frank is the best product advisor I've ever dealt with at Toyota (and I've been with Toyota for 4 new cars now). He is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. As a woman, I'm used to being talked do Toyota (and I've been with Toyota for 4 new cars now). He is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. As a woman, I'm used to being talked down to at car dealers (yes. It's 2022, and it's unfortunately still extremely common). Frank answers every question clearly, without talking down. DO NOT TRUST NEWMARKET TOYOTA’s SERVICE DEPARTMENT.I DO NOT TRUST NEWMARKET TOYOTA’s SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I have a 2020 Tacoma with 28,000 km’s. One morning my car wouldn’t start so I boosted it with m DO NOT TRUST NEWMARKET TOYOTA’s SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I have a 2020 Tacoma with 28,000 km’s. One morning my car wouldn’t start so I boosted it with my wife’s car. Made an appointment with Newmarket Toyota to look at my battery and also perform a Service 3 as my car was due for its 24 month service. They ‘supposedly’ charged my battery and completed the Service 3. 3 days later, my car wouldn’t start again. Then as part of the Service 3, they are supposed to top up my fluids. None of my fluids were topped up. I showed up at the dealership the following day and they apologized for not topping up my fluid levels. The checklist they provide with your invoice shows everything they ‘supposedly’ did, and topping up my fluids checked all the boxes. Now, if they can’t top up my $20 worth of fluids, where else does Newmarket Toyota cut corners? Was my battery really charged? Was my alignment and brakes completed? They’ve broken the trust … oh btw, does giving me a complimentary car wash gain my trust into them … absolutely NOT. Just tells me that I’ve busted them. When I wrote the Service Manager and GM, all I got from the Service Manager is I’m sorry, I’ll use your email as a training tool. Thanks Newmarket Toyota … why was my battery dead after only 2yrs? My windshield washer fluid after the Service Advisor said it’s been topped up after the 2ND VISIT was still NOT DONE! I can’t trust a word they say … wish I could give zero stars but they can have 💩💩💩💩💩 More
I`m very impressed with the level of Service I receive from the entire service Dept , Jacob has been very Professional with me all the time and has definitely gained my trust along with the Technician who from the entire service Dept , Jacob has been very Professional with me all the time and has definitely gained my trust along with the Technician who repaired my Camry a couple times . When I came to pick up the 2003 Camry I seen this very clean 2018 4 Runner , Stephanie is Sales was also very Professional in assisting me with Info on the Vehicle and test driving it , I ended up purchasing the 4 Runner and the entire sales Transaction was Flawless and super happy with the Vehicle and will return for future service & maintenance on the 4 Runner.
