This is the second Mazda we’ve purchased from Chris is 4 months, both times he’s been amazing to work with, he’s answered all our questions and has never put any pressure on us to buy from him. Went for my oil change recently. I am a Platinum Club member which is service that was paid for at time of purchase to of my vehicle. It entitled you to free oil changes for life I am a Platinum Club member which is service that was paid for at time of purchase to of my vehicle. It entitled you to free oil changes for life of the car. On my last visit there was a note that read "This will be last free oil change. All regular factory service must be done at NRM to keep platinum card valid" I own 2 Mazda's and purchased the platinum club card on both vehicles. I do not think it is right to cancel card for not having service done at their dealership. Will not be returning again. More
