Never compromise on what you just find out or feel towards. ♨️ Careful about the mileage on your car; it may be test driven even after you put a deposit on it. ♨️ Careful about the paints and the coatings of the car. ♨️ Careful about the compromise you are going to make. ❤️ my review if it is helpful to you and help others to avoid being betrayed and cheated What I had: ⭐️ Promised 100km mileage on the car, written on the terms 🔥 Notified 300km 1 day before delivery 🔥 Told this is common because of the inventory shortage 🔥 Lectured on any car under 300km can be sold as brand new car 🔥 Told reporting to OMVIC would avail me nothing ⭐️ Promised a new car 🔥 Notified a deep scratch 1 day before delivery 🔥 Told this is common before delivery 🔥 It's just going to cost you a day or two 🔥 Still 100% new, still prestine What I felt: First conversation was about why you are compelled to accept this car as a new car and you feelings about this car does not matter because you are buying it. It is very likely that this car kept being driven after the deposit was placed, otherwise it wouldn't go from 100km to 300km in a week for delivery. I decided to back out of the deal because I would never get what I wanted, but was threatened loosing the deposit and further extra charges if I don't make a compromise. I was promised to be reach out to in a few minutes if they can purchase another same car from other local dealers. But I wasted another day with them. Lots of promises are given, none of them were as promised. I will fight back to get my deposit back, not going to be held accountable for their mistakes, their lies, their false promises, the time they costed me, the awful feelings they gave me, and the threats I have been experiencing. It's unfair to be disregarded in the promise land, filled with false hope and disillusionment. I don't care what it takes to fight back and voice out, even if I need to hold a placard at the curb with a voice amplifier. More

Great car, bought for my wife to replace her subaru, the sales experierence was great this time, walked out trying to buy a used car 2 yrs earlier. The issue I have is with service and the constant up sel sales experierence was great this time, walked out trying to buy a used car 2 yrs earlier. The issue I have is with service and the constant up selling, my wife went for regular scheduled service, they tried to talk her into "maintenace service" @ $450.00, fast forward to 20k service and now the car needs front brakes to the tune of $1000.00, had we done the "maintenance service" quote "they might have been able to go to bat for us" to have the brakes covered under warranty, no such luck now. Since when do brakes only last less than 20k km? They typically last 50k minimum and I have a 2017 jetta that still has it factory brakes at 104k km. Be very carefull when having any service done at this dealership, i/we will NEVER ever go back there for service. More
Purchased a used car after seeing it on CarGurus. Dealt with Eddie and it was seamless. This is the second Mazda we’ve purchased from Chris is 4 months, both times he’s been amazing to work with, he’s answered all our questions and has never put any pressure on us to buy from him. Went for my oil change recently. I am a Platinum Club member which is service that was paid for at time of purchase to of my vehicle. It entitled you to free oil changes for life I am a Platinum Club member which is service that was paid for at time of purchase to of my vehicle. It entitled you to free oil changes for life of the car. On my last visit there was a note that read "This will be last free oil change. All regular factory service must be done at NRM to keep platinum card valid" I own 2 Mazda's and purchased the platinum club card on both vehicles. I do not think it is right to cancel card for not having service done at their dealership. Will not be returning again. More
