Only negative is using websites to comment on individuals, processes or dealerships to 'rate' people, I do hope these system are never truly used for evaluating individuals performance nor monetary rewards. Since when would 4 of 5 stars equate to "Good"! 80% is an "A" in most systems I have ever known of. More
