Only negative is using websites to comment on individuals, processes or dealerships to 'rate' people, I do hope these system are never truly used for evaluating individuals performance nor monetary rewards. Since when would 4 of 5 stars equate to "Good"! 80% is an "A" in most systems I have ever known of. More

First Time Buyer of a New Vechicle My experience at MacIver Dodge Jeep Ram was amazing. The gentleman I dealt with asked for what I was looking for. After during a search, he located an automobile that met my needs. I was able to give the automobile a road test and automatically fell in love with it. He sat down and went through the specks with what the vehicle could do, gave me a list of financial options so I could afford it and a list of all the warranties their company would cover and the amount of years for coverage of the warranties. Needless to say I walked away with a brand new vehicle and peace of mind. Outstanding. More

Every question we had he took the time to explain and never made us feel rushed or that we were wasting his time. We were going to look at a couple more but this afternoon my wife had made her decision, and said she felt comfortable buying from Dwayne, as he was the only one we had met during our search that made her feel confident she was getting the best vehicle for the best price. A quick email and a phone call later the deal was done and we ordered my wife a beautiful Cherokee. I have always loved Jeep, but Dwayne really went the extra mile to sell this vehicle and I would not hesitate to recommend him or this dealership, very professional! More

Even though it was close to clos This is my first Jeep and SUV purchase. The first time I met my salesman Neil Schwab was late on a Wednesday evening. Even though it was close to closing time Neil took the time to sit down with me and find out what I was after and went as far as to suggest several options to deal with my current vehicle in regards to trade in, etc. I made an appointment to go back on the following Saturday and Neil had already checked out 3 or 4 vehicle options he had on the lot which matched my criteria, as well as ordering one into the dealership. I ended up deciding on a 2015 Cherokee North 4x4 which was on the lot in black. He even went to bat for me in regards to my trade in as the first offer was a little lower than I would be happy with and we were able to come to a very good deal on my new Jeep. Brian did his absolute best for me regarding the financing and got me the best rate possible which I was very happy with. All in all it was great customer service from Neil, Brian and anyone else I dealt with making this purchase. They have a great group of people at MacIver Dodge and I know my experience when servicing my vehicle there will be great as well. I will definitely buy from MacIver Dodge again and I would deal with Neil at any dealership he works at as he seemed to genuinely care that I got the right vehicle for myself and my needs. More
