Painful experiences I had a break controller install early this year which it was under quoted and i was considerate enough to split their cost, in the process the muf I had a break controller install early this year which it was under quoted and i was considerate enough to split their cost, in the process the muffler heat shield and power mirror's controller got damaged . Apparently warranty wont cover the heat shield which Rob Pickens (service manager ) ensured it was rusted right through on my 2015 jeep wrangle unlimited with 34 thousand kilometers . Which by the way 3 years ago when I ordered this jeep with all my desired option tan leather seats , tow packages etc ... they ordered me the wrong vehicle (only 2 door ) , so that can tell you what kind of place this is , name changed most of the staff still the same . So going back to my brake controller issue I tried to contact Rob Pickens to make it right but I only got that he must of gone home or busy with another costumer , then the receptionist confirmed he was busy and will call back STILL WAITING . Never had any issues with service at other Chrysler dealers. McIver now New Roads has the worst service and they dont care. Totally not worth the money. More
