I would like to say that Melbourne Sanchez Was an excellent sales rep. I was stuck without a vehicle and was in a panic. Because I had no vehicle, he managed to swing a vehicle for me for the weekend until my paperwork was finished. It turned out a vehicle that he lent me was the exact same vehicle that I bought so I learned all the bells and whistles on it while they were getting the paperwork ready. TL;DR - if you buy a used vehicle here, immediately have every little thing checked by your own mechanic. I purchased a used Jeep Gladiator in December 2024 from New Roads CDJR. When I picked it up, eve every little thing checked by your own mechanic. I purchased a used Jeep Gladiator in December 2024 from New Roads CDJR. When I picked it up, everything seemed fine until I got it home a realized the parking brake didn’t work and didn’t hold the vehicle - as it should to pass a safety. My husband called and spoke with Candice, one of the service advisors. She spoke to the shop foreman who was a little rude and stated it was fine. We decided not to bring the truck back to the dealer as we live almost two hours away and we didn’t think it would be properly taken care of given the way it was handled over the phone. Fast forward to last week, July 19th. The truck was due for a brake service, as I had noticed a slight squeal when braking. We get to driver’s rear caliper and notice whoever did the brake work last has put both outer pads on that caliper. The outer pads have a little rivet like nub on them, which was pushing up against the piston in the caliper. This rivet had BROKEN the piston, which is something that should have been seen on safety - this is a concern as the piston could have come out at any point and I would have lost braking ability. When I called the dealer, I again spoke to Candice, who spoke the shop foreman again. I was told this couldn’t have happened, this must be our fault. She then when on to say the brakes were done by the previous owner of the truck, not at the dealer and it’s something they didn’t check for safety. I have a few issues with statement, first being brake emit being properly checked for safety. Second being how were they not checked if the safety was done with the new MTO tablet that requires pictures? The dealer wouldn’t cover anything, I ended up paying almost $300 for a new caliper for someone else’s mistake they didn’t even check or take ownership for. More

I confirmed a used vehicle was in stock, i arrived 2. 5 hours later. I test drove the unit and went through the process of evaluating my trade: this took a reasonable 45 minutes, but at that point i was 5 hours later. I was asked to remain on site, the salesperson kept my key, and was ignored for 45 minutes. I was sitting near the purchasers and heard them increase their down payment. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! NO REGARD FOR MY TIME, A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. They should have told me when I arrived there was an offer signed before I arrived, and I would have left, telling them to contact me if the sale did not complete. There was NO respect for my time, I am a repeat NewRoads customer (Subaru) but I am not coming back, and they lost a second sale already, because i had a trade in!! If you contact them, be prepared to waste your time. Zero customer service, cant imagine what the rest of the dealership is like (Service and Parts)! BTW Salesman was great, manager didn't keep tabs on transaction, other than offer me a coffee as I was leaving and if I was interested in anything else! Yeah, how about another used Tiguan JUST LIKE THE ONE I WASTED 2.5 hours on reading 2 year old magazines!! More

When My 2018 eco diesel blew up at 137K and was quoted $47k to put a new engine in from another dealership. Because I still owed money on the 5 1/2 year old truck after asking a couple of times would this $47k to put a new engine in from another dealership. Because I still owed money on the 5 1/2 year old truck after asking a couple of times would this dealership the one I purchased the eco diesel from help me out. They called back and said they would. So with the truck towed back to Newmarket I met Samuel a new salesman. He was able to come out with me on a test drive of a Ram 1500 3.6 l V6. The dealership was able to roll the amount I still owed on the truck with the motor that died on me in with the amount owed on this new 2023 classic. Only a couple hundred dollars more each month for 8 years. More
