I called on a Monday to order a part for my car. They said it would be in by Wednesday as I had no car until that part came in. I called Wednesday when I did not hear back and was told Fri or Saturday. W said it would be in by Wednesday as I had no car until that part came in. I had gone a week without my car at this point. I than called Monday morning and was put on hold for 15 minutes, hung up as I was at work and called back only to be put back on hold again for ten minutes. I decided this was enough and realized there was a Chevy dealership in Aurora. I called them and they had the part in stock. Wish I had known that a week ago. I called New Roads back and finally got someone who said they did have the part. Why no phone call?? Not happy at all. My business will be going elsewhere, including my routine oil change/service appointments. More

My Wife and I went into NewRoads for a recall on our car.When there and waiting I got up and decided to walk around and see what new trucks were available .Me being a Ford Truck die hard I was not reall car.When there and waiting I got up and decided to walk around and see what new trucks were available .Me being a Ford Truck die hard I was not really interested in the GMC Trucks but wanted to compare anyways.I was approached by a Gentlemen named Clyde Goins.My first thought was here we go I am going to told how good GMC Trucks are.Let me tell you I was shocked at this mans style he opened up his conversation by asking me if I was looking for a new Truck and asked what my needs were and wish list in a truck were also in the same breath asking me what I drove at present and was I happy with it.After a lengthy chat I learned that Clyde was actually listening to me and not wanting just a sale.He was able to convince this Ford Truck loyal customer to buy a GMC SIERRA 2500 HD 4X4 .I must tell everyone that customer service has not died it still lives and thrives at NEWROADS with people like Clyde Goins .Thankyou so much Clyde and you have a friend in me and I will always come to you when needing a new vehicle from now on.Please note that Marilyn Pearns is a big part of the sale as well.A big special thanks to her as well from Gary and Gerry Baldwin More
