Within a relatively short time Alex went to the lot and re-appeared with a vehicle. He showed me the features that we spoke about and then I was off for a test drive. To make a long story short two days later we had completed the deal for the truck. I would also like to mention our meeting with Kerry to set up the financing - again very efficient and no real pressure to take extended warranties but with her explanation of all the features we did settle on several add ons. We recently bought a 2014 ATS performance from Alex at NewRoads (Feb 2014). From the day I walked in, minutes I met Ray I knew he would help me find the perfect car. But not any car, the car I had in mind and loved. I would like to send my review of the excellent service at Newroads. It is great when a service center takes all the worry of getting you're car back on the road in a timely manner.
