His professional discussion and presentation of information about the vehicle created confidence in us to close the deal smoothly. Adam is not just sell the vehicles but he support any issue arise after closing the deal. We found a small crack in a plastic piece near the hood and approached Adam. He worked with the services department and ordered the part. He called us and provided updates. They replaced the part free of charge. We had gone into a couple of dealerships and test drove a few SUV's but once it came time to discuss cost, out came the "slimy car salesman". My husband and I never had a good feeling about purchasing an SUV from any of the salesmen that we had met. We heard the Chevy Equinox being advertised on the radio so we decided to check it out. Alex came up to us and you could instantly tell he was a good guy that wasn't going to try to talk us into buying anything that we didn't want/need. He knew that cost was a priority and took that into consideration. When out for a test drive he filled us in on all the amazing features the Equinox came with at no extra charge. Alex was professional, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I were happy with our Equinox and even more happy that we got to deal with such a great guy. In the future we will go straight to Alex to purchase our next vehicle. More
