My experience with Stefano and NewRoads continues to be extremely positive. Stef went out of his way during the recent Black Friday sales campaign to make the purchasing process easy and he paid special attention to my specific needs as I was trading in a Sierra 1500 to go to a small Canyon that was diesel (my first diesel). From start to finish, the process was quick and painless and most importantly I greatly appreciate the straight-forward approach NewRoads follows for all sales. I will continue to purchase from Stef / NewRoads because of that relationship and their excellent Service - I highly recommend Jason Williams, but they are all good. More

Service scam artist I took my car in for a power train service, which I will add the dealership put off on numerous occasions. On day two of the service, Jason called t I took my car in for a power train service, which I will add the dealership put off on numerous occasions. On day two of the service, Jason called to say I had a rear suspension issue that needed to be repaired for safety reasons. I refused the suspension service preferring only to have the warranty covered items taken care of, as I have lost faith in this dealerships service department. I have since had the car looked at by another GM dealership who confirmed my suspicions; the suspension was in perfect working order and had no issues. Don't trust this service department as they will try to sell you service you don't need. More

Fleet vehicles are not the easy of customers to deal with. Fleet companies can be awkward and difficult, further proving to be challenging at times. I would like to acknowledge my service advisor, Marc Murphy, who makes dealing with your company seamless by offering help above and beyond. He sets reasonable timelines for my car to be serviced. He is always in a good mood and pleasant to deal with. He also buffers the fleet company's endless whining, complaining and even waiting long periods to approve items on their part. He fights to get solutions that everyone is happy with that are cost conscious yet appropriate. Marc always does his best no matter what the situation and makes you feel comfortable regardless. If only more service oriented people could take note of Marc's work ethic, the world would be a better place. Hats off to you Marc!!!!! More

Unknowledgable and Non Customer Centric! Sales person was very unknowledgeable of products and features. Test drive would have been better if my wife and I could have not had the sales per Sales person was very unknowledgeable of products and features. Test drive would have been better if my wife and I could have not had the sales person along which in my opinion mad me want to finish the test drive sooner. Gave sales person a chance to excuse her self from the test drive when I want to see how a hatchback drove vs the sedan. Spent more time waiting for person to get gas card and filling up than test driving. This would have been possible my first GM / Chevrolet product purchase I found it less than inviting and pretty much painful. No product information or even a business card from the sales person. Based on this experience I do not beleive I would by a vehicle from GM / Chevrolet. I could have received the same customer experience by using a vending machine. More

He gave us the time alone to discuss our purchase which we appreciated. We can't praise enough for his excellent service.
