I have been working with Toyota for the past 12 years. Car service charges are totally rip off. When I call at least 10 different mechanic shops including the parts recommended for repair and compared the Car service charges are totally rip off. When I call at least 10 different mechanic shops including the parts recommended for repair and compared the total repair price with Toyota's service price, there was an unbelievably huge difference. The funny thing is, you know what? Every mechanic that I talked to made their pricing based on Toyota's original parts. From now on , I will not have any Toyota dealer service for my cars , including the regular service . As a customer, being ripped off like this is not something that can be approved. Toyota users think twice before you take your car for service at the dealer. What happened to your Six Sigma and Customer Satisfaction Philosophy Toyota?????? More
