Just two weeks ago, I had picked up my new car at AURORA TOYOTA, and today, as I went to Walmart for groceries, I was in for a shock. Within 10 minutes, I came out to find that the driver's side of my brand TOYOTA, and today, as I went to Walmart for groceries, I was in for a shock. Within 10 minutes, I came out to find that the driver's side of my brand-new car had a significant scratch from another vehicle. I was extremely upset and worried at that moment, not to mention concerned about the potential repair costs. I decided to drive immediately to AURORA TOYOTA to see if there was any way to fix the damage. I was incredibly fortunate to meet Gordon, who, after understanding the situation, promptly took me to see the service manager. Once the service manager assessed the condition of my car, he immediately had Mike take my car into the repair bay. Glenn Gray, with his expertise and outstanding skills to restore my car to its pristine condition. The remarkable part is that they didn't charge me a single penny for the service. We are overjoyed and feel incredibly lucky to have chosen AURORA TOYOTA for our vehicle purchase. Whether it's the sales team Kevin and Younes or the service department, they are simply outstanding. Moreover, their customer-centric approach and concrete actions give us confidence in the future maintenance and care of our car.
