So we started to communicate through email, the emails stopped from him, i have a program that can tell if emails were viewed and they were. Then when i would call him the secretary or whoever would ask my name, then would put me on hold then come back and say can he call you back...This went on for 3 months, be careful with him phoney aS A 3 DOLLAR BILL. SO I thought I would try the dealership inBelleville and started dealing with Marjorie, they must teach they not to respond with people with not a-1 credit...her and I were texting and emailing back and forth...one week i was giving a quote 200 biweekly with no money down the next week it was 250 biweekly with 600 down..I said you guys are awful and i told her i have the messages from before that i was quoted and guess what???I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK..and i am not stupid i still have the messages and the umbudsman has been notified...I felt like we were getting ripped off...multiple quotes...NEVER AGAIN~ sO WHEN THE UMBUDSMAN GETS A HOLD OF THEM THEY CAN'T LIE AS I HAVE THE EMAIL AND TEXTS...i DON'T WANT THEM RIPPING ANYONE ELSE. Fast, Friendly, Courteous Service I came in to Need A Car after work one day and Cody met me outside the lot. I just went through a credit proposal and thought I wasn't even close to qualifying for a loan. He told me to start building my credit back up now and make sure to be serious on my financial decisions going forward because I have a opportunity to reestablish myself and with my new car loan within 18-24 months this will show a solid payment history and will allow me to get a newer vehicle with lower kilometers, with a much lower interest rate. The other guy (glasses grey hair, sorry forgot his name) was just as nice and helpful. I did not interact with him as much however he was friendly and made me happy. The rate I got was reasonable. I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze and love it. Would definitely recommend paying them a visit! More

When back year later as I wanted to trade it in as the car was to big for me. When I want down there to sit down, sat there for like 30 min well Sean work on other thing to tell be some basic info and we need to wait to hear back the loaner. After over 10 email and one the was send over month ago and still no answer. I will never use this place again and will tell people. More

Nothing but problems We purchased a car from this dealership and have had problems after problems. The transmission went in the car and was covered under warranty. The dealership asked us for oil change receipts which were provided and were done by a lisenced garage like the warranty said. It was denied. I then i called need a car to try and fix the issue. Had nothing but horrible customer service. So i drove to the dealership so something would be done. Eventually after further horrible customer service the insurance covered it. The transmission was rebuild by k-d transmissions. It has now not even been a week and we are having issues again. When notified of the problem the dealership was told to tow the car and not to drive it or it would cause further damage. They picked the car up and drove it for about 30 minites to the garage. All of which we were not made aware of. More
