Unseen by afar, the “dealer” excels at consistently showing incompetence in their sales department but more significantly lack of respect and professionalism with customer support. showing incompetence in their sales department but more significantly lack of respect and professionalism with customer support. Responsive once call was returned. I was looking for a replacement car, as my current one was in poor shape. Originally contacted Need-a-car in April with James, then all the excitement I was looking for a replacement car, as my current one was in poor shape. Originally contacted Need-a-car in April with James, then all the excitement happened with COVID. Call was finally returned from my application at the end of June. Carol had started the information rolling to go through the process of financing a car to replace my existing one. The initial information was passed to her manager Kristine and we went over options for the car. The selection made was for a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze. There was a minor delay with financing of only a day which was reasonable, and Kristine and Carol were quick to respond. The car was delivered to the Trenton location and picked up late in the day. I spoke with James which brought this full circle, very good service and car was in very good condition as well. Overall a good experience with the minor delay of a world pandemic. More

Need a car presents itself as a great opportunity... but when it comes down to it... they prey on the vulnerability of the clients who come. They offer extended warranties and coax you into purchasing; when it comes down to it... they prey on the vulnerability of the clients who come. They offer extended warranties and coax you into purchasing; for $2300, and they actually PURCHASE the warranty for a whole sale price of 400. So what happens to the rest? They distribute, and divide, and pocket the profit. I requested a cancellation and a refund and they agreed and now, after being cancelled and a FULL return being guaranteed, I am getting refunded 400 out of 2300 that l paid. No more warranty. NO full refund. And they turned me away and REFUSED to pay the rest that is due. These men make over 80,000$ a YEAR and this is why. Cause they profit off the poor and the needy. Unfortunately that’s how our world operates in the schemes of business. I’m about to have a baby as a single woman and now here’s another matter I’ll be fighting against in COURT. Cause I don’t give up easily. Evil profits but the poor shall rise up and seek justice against these forces. I have no problem coming against the unjust. I will take on that challenge. I’m a fighter. So NEED A CAR, I shall see you in court. More

HORRIBLE dealership. I've had my van through these people for less than six months. Was told there was nothing wrong with it. It was all certified and ready to go. Having I've had my van through these people for less than six months. Was told there was nothing wrong with it. It was all certified and ready to go. Having four small children, they knew having a reliable, WORKING vehicle was what we absolutely needed. I was also told at the time that I went in to fill out an application and fill out paper work, that I would only have to pay 300 a month if I put down a 500 down payment. I was approved, and the next thing I know, in the paper work, my payments were made to be out well over 400 dollars a month. When asked about this, I was then told that if I put ANOTHER 500 dollars down, then maybe they could lower it to 300. Whatever. I let it slide as I needed a vehicle. In these few short months, I have had to replace all FOUR tires. One even blew out on the high way after having it for a month and a half and left us stranded for a bit. I've had to replace all of the break pads, ball joints, an axel, the battery and countless other parts. And the kicker? My vehicle broke down completely in Picton, over an hour away from where I live after I dropped my oldest daughter off to her father for a visit (thank god it was after), and I was stranded there for 3 hours until a tow finally came. It was towed to my mother's first in Deseronto and cost me 90 dollars and then again to my mother in laws house (she has CAA so it didn't cost me that time) as her neighbor was a mechanic. Couldn't find out what was wrong with it, so I called Need A Car and explained everything that had gone on. I continuously called and kept getting the same answer, "We'll figure out what we can do and then call you back." They also told me that I was the one who had to pay for it and have it towed to them if I wanted them to see if they could figure out the problem. I refused and told them it was their job to figure out the issues with it as it is still under warranty and if they didn't do so, I would call the better business bureau and they wouldn't be getting any more payments from me and could just come pick it up. It was FINALLY towed to Goodyear in Trenton where it has been sitting there for three weeks, and they only just found out the problem now which had to do with a fuse in the front door. Also, I asked them for a loaner car as I was now completely without a vehicle with small children and their only response? They only had two cars that wouldn't "suit our big families needs" as they are only able to seat 5 people... so they couldn't help me in that sense. I WOULD MUCH RATHER HAVE A CAR THAN NOTHING AT ALL. Horrible, HORRIBLE place of buisness that only cares about pocketing your money and leaving you with lemons. Do NOT waste your time. DO NOT waste your money with these people. I've learned my lesson. You get what you pay for! More
