We wish to extend our thanks to all staff at Nanaimo Mitsubishi, and especially to Devin Chapotelle, our sales representative. As owners of a hybrid vehicle for the previous 14 years we were very much interested in the Outlander PHEV. It was imperative that the vehicle comfortably accommodate my 6 1/2 foot husband, and it met this requirement. Devin reviewed all the features available on the SEL model that we chose and kept us well informed until its timely arrival. I also wish to thank all staff from the team, and that also includes the excellent detailer who ensured our Mitsubishi Outlander was a poster vehicle for the Nanaimo dealership.

Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful experience, and for me it definitely was until I stepped into Nanaimo Mitsubishi and spoke with Allison. I had been car shopping all day, needed a vehicle in a fairl for me it definitely was until I stepped into Nanaimo Mitsubishi and spoke with Allison. I had been car shopping all day, needed a vehicle in a fairly short window of time, and had just been getting increasingly stressed as the day went on. She listened to everything I had to say about what I had looked at, and what I had been offered, and came back with an unbeatable offer to get into a brand new 2023 Outlander. The entire process was extremely thorough and well explained, from the vehicle itself to the warranty and service expectations and financing, everything! It was a breath of fresh air and a big sigh of relief. I'd highly recommend Allison and the rest of the team at Nanaimo Mitsubishi to anyone looking at getting into a new vehicle! I'm happy I made the stop there! More
