Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful experience, and for me it definitely was until I stepped into Nanaimo Mitsubishi and spoke with Allison. I had been car shopping all day, needed a vehicle in a fairl for me it definitely was until I stepped into Nanaimo Mitsubishi and spoke with Allison. I had been car shopping all day, needed a vehicle in a fairly short window of time, and had just been getting increasingly stressed as the day went on. She listened to everything I had to say about what I had looked at, and what I had been offered, and came back with an unbeatable offer to get into a brand new 2023 Outlander. The entire process was extremely thorough and well explained, from the vehicle itself to the warranty and service expectations and financing, everything! It was a breath of fresh air and a big sigh of relief. I'd highly recommend Allison and the rest of the team at Nanaimo Mitsubishi to anyone looking at getting into a new vehicle! I'm happy I made the stop there! More

So our issue started last week. We took our suv in to be serviced and my wife was treated like absolute garbage. The same day she was the looking at trading it in and the sales woman was completely rude and condescending. We made a complaint with the general manager and asked for a different sales person. They informed us we would receive all call back from a different one and it didn't come. We ended up going to dodge in Duncan and they were great. The sales people there asked for all our information on our trade in we sent all the info to them and they didn't even open the text message. Super crappy customer service. They missed out on 3 sales this week because of their attitude. I drove 45 min to Duncan dodge for good service. Mitsubishi is less than 5min from my house. Stay away from this shady xxxx show. Don't deal with any lag auto stores. Worst experience ever. More

The yet to be explained difference between the internet all in cash “build your own” MRSP price and the total on the bill of sale was substantial. Some mumbo-jumbo about a current discrepancy (dispute?) between the Mitsubishi Canada website build a price and the dealership price calculation process that is currently being addressed. We purchased a new vehicle from this dealership in the fall of 2022. At that time we experienced alignment between the “all in” cash price internet MRSP and the dealer, provided before taking delivery, “all in” cash itemized invoice price. Overall, despite the current lack of pricing transparency, we are happy with our second new car purchase from this dealership. More
