My parents had a wonderful experience at Mitsubishi and I figured we would receive the same great service. All was good, in the beginning. Our salesman, Christopher, was very patient and handled my quirks in a comfortable fashion; with only a few blips, he was pleasant and courteous. It all changed AFTER we were approved! I was very clear when we first walked in that we were looking for a 6 seat vehicle, that was not a van (I have some issues with vans), and was assured that Nanaimo Mitsubishi was part of a dealer group that owned 40 dealerships and they could pull cars from any dealership; they would defiantly have what we need. Once we were pre-approved, after waiting 10 days to hear if we were approved, we were called down to the dealership, by a different salesman then who we had been dealing with, to "drive away today", to arrive and discover we could drive away in a Toyota Corolla. A 5 seat vehicle; means no family trips because someone would have to stay behind. We turned it down once. We were contacted again, after I emailed our sale guy asking what was going on, to be told the Corolla was our only option, and we could keep our current truck, and they would give us $1000 cash for taking the Corolla. So our monthly car expenses would double, on top of a new car loan; makes perfect sense.... not. So, we turned down the Corolla again and have not heard from the Nanaimo Mitsubishi since; we still do not have a new vehicle, yet have a pre-approval sitting in their files. Now, we have to begin this while process all over again. Thanks Mitsubishi!! More
Pleased with our experience Recently purchased a new GT Outlander and are very happy with the sales and service department. We spent a couple days testing and making a decision. They were patient and did not pressure us. In the end, we were offered very fair trade in values on our vehicles. Thank's Chris, for a good experience. We discovered a small and hard to detect ding the following day after purchase. Needless to say, that is not a good time to find any sort of damage. No problem, as it was repaired in a few days at our convenience and to our satisfaction. Art and Pat More
Doc fee of $699.00 Looking for a new vehicle and was considering an RVR . Prior to even going into the dealership I notice the window stickers showing a DOC fee of $699. Looking for a new vehicle and was considering an RVR . Prior to even going into the dealership I notice the window stickers showing a DOC fee of $699.00 . Although the fee is of course negotiable this tells me what type of dealership this place is . No thanks I will take my business elsewhere. More
Worst Experience I love mitsubishi product, but hate this dealership since they turned from Harris to Nanaimo Mitsubishi. I have had 3 really negative experiences here I love mitsubishi product, but hate this dealership since they turned from Harris to Nanaimo Mitsubishi. I have had 3 really negative experiences here - including catching the GM in a big lie that he denied even though I had proof. Please do not go here if you want a mitsubishi - it's worth the drive to victoria. More

I return the call thinking perhaps a recall.....instead he is looking to sell us a new car because he has "someone who wants ours"....I politely tell him it isn't for sale and his message was misleading. He gets very persistent. I get annoyed requesting he NEVER calls back and remove my number from the data base. 2 weeks later, same guy, same call. Now I'm annoyed instantly, attempt to refresh his memory as to the angry noncustomer conversation of 2 weeks ago. Demand contact be removed, he assures me it will be. Today, same guy, same call. Polite, persistent and didn't get it the first 2 times. Because of his sales approach we would NEVER use this dealership. Not to mention the previous dishonest dealings with the service department. Telling us that as valued customers they would provide us with numerous services once purchasing a vehicle. However once the vehicle purchase was finalized getting any of these services out of them was next to impossible. Our phone calls and voice-mails were left unanswered for weeks and everything had to be organized around there erratic schedule. In my opinion if somebody offers you a service it should be available when you need it and not when works best for them. The way these people run their company is just Bad Business. Plain and Simple. Promising people money on prepaid visa's in writing and then trying to say that you promised them less than the decided amount is an atrocious way to keep costumers. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. More
