The staff still is unable to answer concerns about the PHEV and then we were charged for them to check an ongoing problem we have had when driving uphill and there is still no resolution. I had to ask the PHEV and then we were charged for them to check an ongoing problem we have had when driving uphill and there is still no resolution. I had to ask them to waive the fee. The staff are nice (maintenance side). I was also upset about a 15 min alignment of the wheels that cost $160. More
