I made an appointment to have the oil changed on my 2017 Honda Pilot. I arrived at scheduled time and was told I would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get my oil changed. I bought this car new and every oil change that I have had has been at a Honda Dealership . This is by far the longest time I have ever experienced both in Canada and USA to have this service done. Having run a business myself I see this as a scheduling problem which effectively leaves the customer with the feeling that Nanaimo Hondas time is more important than the customers. Everybody I spoke to at the dealership were pleasant and courteous. The work was done properly. More
