The car is always ready on time (how rare is that ?) and they always have a detailed report of what was done and whatever future service requirements to expect. They are never pushy about selling their services and leave it up to your discretion. The staff are obviously hand picked and the new personnel are well trained. Having worked for a Honda dealer in Vancouver, I am in tune with the interior workings of dealerships. DEAL WITH NANAIMO HONDA & YOU WON'T EXPERIENCE DISAPPOINTMENT. By-the-way, their price for an OIL CHANGE is cheaper than most and include a multi point inspection that fast lubrication facilities can't to don't. By-the-way, I am not a relative ! More

Tire Repair Service was excellent. Went in without prior appointment and they looked after the issue right away. Took about an 1 1/2 to get new tire and install. Service was excellent. Easy experience I thought the salesman did a good job of not overwhelming me with information. He asked a few questions and made recommendations. I thought the price fir our trade in was fair. Only downside was how busy the dealership was the day we did our new car delivery. We had to wait quite a while for the financial services person and then again for insurance. Overall very pleased. More

Got a free shuttle ride home and a call when it was done, then they came and got me. The estimate was right on, no surprises, and they gave me a heads up about another issue I was unaware of, which should be done on my next service. Knowledge is power. More
