I had the pleasure of having Kelly Daun in the service dept at Honda on Bowen Road help me a couple of days ago when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and maintenance appointment. Service department complaints.1. Informed Nanaimo Honda Service department complaints. 1. Informed Nanaimo Honda that software update warning was displayed and asked that this update be performed. Update Service department complaints. 1. Informed Nanaimo Honda that software update warning was displayed and asked that this update be performed. Update NOT PERFORMED. Before leaving service had to ask a technician to do this work. Software updated but was told in future I could link the car to my WiFi and do this work myself. 2. Notified service that I had a tire pressure warning displayed and suspected that it was the front tire on drivers side. Invoice showed that all tires were checked and inspected and tires rotated. Next morning tire pressure warning was displayed again. Tire pressures seemed OK. Notified Service department on the phone and was asked to reset display myself, which I did. Now waiting to see if fault occurs again. 3. Since almost new the car has had a loud rattle. Service department has been informed each time the car went in for a service, on this occasion I was informed that this was now a known problem with the Accord and would be fixed. Within 30 minutes of leaving the premises the rattle was back. 4. Phoned to talk to service department about these problems, was told that they were all busy and that they would call back. Waited over 90 minutes then had to call back myself. More
