I had a great experience with the sales Rep - Troy and Finance - Sandy. They were very friendly and helpful. I was not satisfied with the Manager attitude. I think so he might be doing a great job but Finance - Sandy. They were very friendly and helpful. I was not satisfied with the Manager attitude. I think so he might be doing a great job but when I went to inquiry about a car, as a customer you would bargain or ask for some benefits as it is a big expense. Instead of talking in manner to make the customer satisfy or the say in a way that you are not able to give any benefits. He was being blunt like this is it, so you want it or not. Service was done on time and in line with agreed instructions developed in conjunction with the service writer. Prices were quoted in advance without my asking for them, and kept to.
