I had a great experience with the sales Rep - Troy and Finance - Sandy. They were very friendly and helpful. I was not satisfied with the Manager attitude. I think so he might be doing a great job but Finance - Sandy. They were very friendly and helpful. I was not satisfied with the Manager attitude. I think so he might be doing a great job but when I went to inquiry about a car, as a customer you would bargain or ask for some benefits as it is a big expense. Instead of talking in manner to make the customer satisfy or the say in a way that you are not able to give any benefits. He was being blunt like this is it, so you want it or not.
