I am not someone to write reviews online but I am INCREDIBLY angry and disappointed after our servicing today and want others to know. Having had issues with our radio in December, I was told by t INCREDIBLY angry and disappointed after our servicing today and want others to know. Having had issues with our radio in December, I was told by the service department that a part would have to be ordered in and that I would be contacted within the week. After 2 weeks of silence, I called to follow up on 3 separate occasions (leaving voicemails/being told that someone would return my call) only to never have them returned. I finally was able to schedule my appointment for this morning and had not only the radio fixed, but also some other servicing that the car indicated and that the service associate suggested (without explaining what it all meant). After 3.5 hours, I still hadn’t heard an update for when the car would be done, so I sent a text to the number I was given to ask for an ETA. Another 30 minutes go by without a response, so I call the dealership to be told that it’s good to go (for who knows how long). But fine, I understand that people are busy. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up the vehicle, I realized that he had misquoted me for the servicing. I asked for some clarification on the invoice (as I had given my consent to the additional servicing under the assumption that it would be within my budget), we were able to discuss the additional charges and some of the miscalculations, although it was still more than I had anticipated. Although my experience to this point had been extremely frustrating, little did I know that the worst of it was to come. Once I got home, my partner (who wasn’t able to attend the appointment due to work) had some questions about the services that had been provided. When said service associate picked up and was pulling up our invoice, he disgracefully forgot to put us on hold and proceeded to xxxx-talk what I am 99% sure was us (or ‘worst-case’ scenario, another customer), saying “never-ending complaining about this invoice, shouldn’t have agreed to have this work done in the first place, etc.”. He came back on the phone with a chipper voice and answered the questions that my partner had. After hanging up the phone, we were both in shock about what had just happened, slowly realizing that he was most likely complaining about us and our servicing. We phoned back to call him out for this and suggested that he ensure the hold button was used if he was going to bad mouth customers, especially the ones he’s on the line with. He claimed “it was about someone else”, but regardless, that is despicable and unacceptable service. Definitely did not feel like a valued customer who is literally paying thousands of dollars a year to this company and strongly suggest to others to be wary of bringing their vehicles here in the future. More

This was a follow up to install a trailer hitch on our new vehicle. Due to some technical glitches it took 1/2 hour longer than expected but the staff came to explain what was going on and were apologetic new vehicle.
