Great Honda service today for a minor recall on my 2019 Ridgeline - just a fix for the hood latch. Clearly important for highway and back-road driving to keep the hood latched. Called in at the temporary offices near the to-be-rebuilt-expanded Nanaimo Honda centre with the Recall Notice in hand. Service Advisor Kelly Daun took quick action to my drop-in, sourced the part, and in no time the latch re-inforcing plate was installed. Not only that but I received a car wash token too. Great service and personable people - no wonder they are expanding their facilities. Thanks. V More
