everything was explained in detail I was informed before any work was done relating to the maintenance check. I was also given the option to either have it done now or at a later date as I was also getting any work was done relating to the maintenance check. I was also given the option to either have it done now or at a later date as I was also getting my oil changed Jason also showed me how to adjust some of the settings i.e. tire, pressure, gauge low, etc. and clear them off after I had changed my tires. The only problem I had and it was my fault as I forgot to use my $30 off code for the oil change. It would be nice if they asked if you had any sort of coupon or code for any of the work. More

Today, I went to the Nanaimo Honda dealership to have the driver-side window regulator on my wife's Honda CR-V replaced. The service advisor spoke in a rather cold tone, which made me feel uncomfortable, but driver-side window regulator on my wife's Honda CR-V replaced. The service advisor spoke in a rather cold tone, which made me feel uncomfortable, but I held back and explained the condition of the window before deciding to wait in the lounge. When I was told the repair was complete, I went back to the service desk and asked what I should do if the same issue happens again. This was already the third time I had brought the vehicle in for the exact same problem. The service advisor, however, casually told me that if the issue occurs again, I should no longer contact the dealership but instead reach out directly to Honda Canada. I couldn’t believe what I had just heard, so I asked again to be sure — but his response was the same. It made me wonder: if dealerships wash their hands of responsibility after selling the car and simply redirect customers to Honda Canada, then what's the point of buying from a dealership in the first place? And one more thing — I honestly felt that the service advisor might have been racist. The customers before and after me were white, and I noticed that he treated them with warmth and spoke kindly. But with me, he was curt and indifferent, barely offering any explanation. More
