Amateur Service Deptartment Few years ago I had an issue with a brake line, Myers had apparently "fixed it". Got a new set of rear brakes installed in NOV of 2013 and was told in NOV 2014 that I would need new brakes installed, despite taking my car back in 4 times throughout 2014 with brake related issues. I took my car somewhere else to get new brakes as I simply refused to give these guys anymore money for what I'd already decided was terrible work. A week after my new brakes were installed, I was still having issues with them. It turns out the root cause of all the brake problems I have was a direct result of these guys "fixing" my brake line issue a few years back. I wouldn't even recommend Myers Service fixing problems under warranty. More

Horrible everything! I would give no stars if I could. They have no clue. Sales are a bunch of rip offs, service never records anything you call them about. I called for my summer tires gave them the required 24 hours to pick them up I drove two hours in to Ottawa to be told they didn't pick them up. I called to get my winters put on, again drive two hours and they have no record of me making an appointment. All they want to do is play the blame game because they always ask who you were talking to instead of try to fix the situation as fast as possible. Every aspect of this business is horrible and I do not know how they are still in business. More

Service far below expectations. I was not provided with a written estimate even though i had requested. I bought expensive winter tires and was forced to pay the installation although i had been initially informed that the installation was included with the purchase. More
