When you come in to buy a vehicle, the sale staffs ready to accommodate anything. Once you bought it, coming back in for parts, don’t ask question.. buy it. Don’t ask about the price. I now know that I should have not bought German cars because the parts is twice the cost of import and it does not mean it is better built or last longer. I currently have 3 VW. Two VW Tiguan and 1 VW EOS . I know all about VW engines. I just wish the part manager and the part team be more friendly and supportive. Very disappointing ! More

I had two great service experiences at Kanata Volkswagen in the last 6 months. They have a new General Manager and Service Manager. Customer service is very important. The technician was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me and my daughter(her car) personally. I am a senior and have been dealing with cars for decades. Had I known that the service Department give this little of a xxxx about my time I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A CAR HERE I have had three visits to this “Dealership” and Weill here they are please note these of a xxxx about my time I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A CAR HERE I have had three visits to this “Dealership” and Weill here they are please note these are appointments that I had set well in advance to give people context Visit 1 just an Il Change it only took 4 hours and then at the end I didn’t t even get some sort of Comp half price we will get you next time NOPE so I watched at there feeling sick to my stomach like I had just given them money for what VVIST 2 was and OIL Change and Tire swap winters on summers off that took 7 Hours Brock one of the sales guys managed to get me a 50 percent off the oil change again hardly worth it and when I asked what the xxxx was taking so long as my appointment was for when they opened so I should have been the first car in xxxx I d even take 3rd car in I saw customers show up after I did and leave well before back to the above point when I asked what was taking so long the manger walk out after I clearly show signs of being In raged and says oh yah there was a software update on the Tiguans again I do t care at this point I m about to storm in there and take my keys back and Visit three I did not even test I made them Uber me home and call when it was done and that was done within a below average time but nothing ludicrous as the two previous visits I have and oil change and tire swap today and if they jerk me around I won’t be coming by again to be honest wish I never bought the car in frist place casue you walk it you just get that feeling that they don’t care about you your time or you know other things you may have to do they all seem to be walking on the beach and to who ever from the dealership ship I’d going to read this my Name is Admir Lizalovic 2019 Tiguan I was unable to login with my google account More
Wonderful, professional service! I was looking for a vehicle that had more safety features, while performing well. The Sales Manager knew his stuff, and was quick to point out the benefits of VW safety vehicle that had more safety features, while performing well. They took their time with me, and I didn't feel pressure like I usually do at other dealerships - it was a great team atmosphere. The transaction was seamless while respecting COVID protocol. And the best part? I absolutely love my new 2020 Tiguan Highline R-line! The GPS integrated into the virtual cockpit display just above the steering wheel is so much easier than having to glance over at the central display, and the Fender sound system rocks! Not to mention the panoramic roof, crystal clear back-up camera and upgrades to the blind spot monitors. I feel so much safer in this vehicle, and it looks amazing too! The team even helped me pick the colour. Great service. 5 stars! More
Went in for a wheel alignment . When I left after the work the steering wheel was more off center than when it went in. Took it back ; it spent the day there and when I picked it up it was the same. Got home and took pictures of the adjustment bolts on the tie rods. One had been touched with tools the other not. So the toe my be right but they adjusted the wrong side so they doubled the steering wheel error. Tomorrow I will have to adjust both sides exactly two center the wheel hopefully without introducing error back into the alignment. And I only had to pay $158 plus a $5 tip to the Uber driver for this gong show. I'm so glad this is my last VW. More
Shady dealership. Sales Rep (Alex) was nice and professional, nothing to say against him. He used the regular sales tactics, but nothing too shady. Problem was with Sales Manager. He changed interest rates thrice during our time there, held us back which prevented us to going to our dealer of 2nd choice (as we wanted to rule out our last option) as they closed 25 minutes past our time there. Furthermore, I just hung up with manager who called me this morning, arguing with me about sequence of events. Whatever you do, there are better, unshady dealers out there. VW dealers are plentiful in the region, go try others. Alex, I am sorry you got screwed over by your manager, it sucks. More
