The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They did not pressure me into making a decision, even when I told them I was considering other options. Instead of "bashing" the other vehicle I was considering (which a lot of salespeople would do), they offered a few extras in the hopes that I'd come back (which I obviously did). They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and to ensure that I was pleased with my purchase. More

Poor Poor Poor experience the sale manager was really rude and rough, didn t give me time to talk and negociate. Poor , Poor , Poor Experience. Called to verify they had a base Micra , the one on sale for 9,998 . Was told they did. But then it was sold when we went there next morning.
