After a poor experience with my first Nissan the staff listened to my problem and tried to make sure that i could have faith in the brand and in their service. They did not under deliver!! They kept me a part of my entire car buying process by keeping in touch with me daily via texting and phone calls and they made sure to the very end that I was happy and had no complaints. I have never had such a great experience with any dealership and I would recommend this one to anyone interested in purchasing a higher end vehicle at a reasonable price. The staff is exceptional! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They did not pressure me into making a decision, even when I told them I was considering other options. Instead of "bashing" the other vehicle I was considering (which a lot of salespeople would do), they offered a few extras in the hopes that I'd come back (which I obviously did). They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and to ensure that I was pleased with my purchase. More

Poor , Poor , Poor Experience. Called to verify they had a base Micra , the one on sale for 9,998 . Was told they did. But then it was sold when we went there next morning.
