Bad and Bitter Experience with the sales consultant-Mr. Brandon Thomos. He is not doing marketing, just selling a product. I have bought a used car Nissan Rogue 2016 and the deal was made by Mr. Brandon Brandon Thomos. He is not doing marketing, just selling a product. I have bought a used car Nissan Rogue 2016 and the deal was made by Mr. Brandon Thomos on Wednesday August 25, 2021. He provided 90 days warranty. When he delivered the vehicle, I found the back camera was not working. I told Mr. Brandon where another sales consultant- Mr. Ounkar Brar was there on the spot, but Mr. Brandon told me that it was due to the anti-sunlight. I believed him because it was my first car in Canada. However, I found it was really defeated. After a couple of days later, I called them and requested to fix the car, but they denied to fix, and they said to me to pay $ 650 dollar plus tax if I want to fix it. Mr. Brandon Thomos tried to avoid my call and my messages left at office. I send a lot of text, called him many times, but he did not replied. Then, I called Mr. Ounkar Brar because he was also there when deal was made. He received my call and entertained my problems, but he told me that he could not do any thing because the deal was made by Mr. Brandon Thomos. What a surprising, one guy makes a deal within one organization, and he avoids my calls and messages, and then nobody takes responsibility after that. Is that a marketing for that organization? I can't believe that this type of big organization has this type of poor marketing policies. I called at showroom, it was said that Mr. Brandon Thomos was in vacation. I could not contact him. After a couple of week, I saw the engine light was on and I took the car to their service centre. Service Mechanic said that the sensor system must be replaced. I requested them to fix both sensor and back camera, otherwise I did not pick up the car. But, they did not response until 2 days. I called service department, one guy replied that he can't do anything. They completely avoid me and my call. At last, I had to say please fix only the sensor because I had no option. I picked the car, but it had still many problems. I paid $15000 dollar plus something, but after about 2 month later, I am going to trade off my car loosing $5000 dollar within only within 2 months. It was very expensive deal and my bad luck to meet with Mr. Brandon Thomos. So, I request you all to be careful to deal with that dealer. One more thing, Mr. Ounkar Brar received and replied my call, but every time he told me that he could not do anything because his manager doesn't allow them. So, I would like to request you don't buy vehicle from this dealer. If you are going to deal there, please confirm everything from manager, not from the sales consultants. More
