The only negative point that I look back on is that I initially told him that I preferred a black on black on black vehicle (grill, exterior and leather seat colour) and he brought out a two tone with a chrome grill to test drive. I would’ve liked to have been explained that not all Ram 1500 models come with customizable grill colours or at least been educated a little more on the different models to comply with my original request. Faizan has a very patient personality which helped me feel more at ease when dealing with the financial portion my vehicle purchase. The only point I have for Faizan is to make sure that he responds to his emails even if it’s just to acknowledge that he received them. My sister and I had to call him on more than two occasions to verify that he had received our emails. I would still recommend this dealership to my friends and family and certainly recommend Moe for any future business!! More
