Mary knows her stuff My first experience with Parkway's Mary involved trying to get a recall item fixed at another dealership that seemed very 'meh' about getting a backor My first experience with Parkway's Mary involved trying to get a recall item fixed at another dealership that seemed very 'meh' about getting a backordered part in to fix my Wrangler. Mary understood what needed to get done, identified the parts necessary, then placed the order which was completed in 30 days versus the 'don't worry until it leaks' approach the other dealership's service advisor had to my recall notice. I have now returned to Parkway for regular service as I trust her to make sure my car gets the right service done the first time. More
