WOULDN'T RETURN TO THIS PLACE IF THE VEHICLES WERE FREE!!!!! We purchased our Dodge Caravan from here in July 2014. They would not allow us a trade in on our old van and we were told that the 2015 Caravans were We purchased our Dodge Caravan from here in July 2014. They would not allow us a trade in on our old van and we were told that the 2015 Caravans were not being released for sale until the fall (a LIE). The day we took possession of our van I noticed a rip in the passenger side carpet and a broken floor mat clip. The salesman said it was supposed to be like that (another LIE). As I was in a hurry to beat rush hour traffic and to start our 3 hour journey back home, I had to get going. Less then two weeks later the transmission s took it to the local dealership and was told there were no trouble codes so they could do nothing. I was also told that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee if they could find no faults (another LIE). I asked again about the ripped carpet and was told that it was not a warranty item as it was not a defect. I told the service manager to talk to the salesman to confirm that I received the vehicle in this condition and the first thing he asked was "why did you wait three months to bring it to our attention?" Long story short, they wouldnt repair the carpet and only replace the entire thing which involved having to rip out most of the interior panels. When I got the van back three days later it was covered with oily smudges on the ceiling and there were oily bootprints on the new carpet. I had to bring it back twice for cleaning but eventually gave up as the van wreaked of chemical cleaner and the stains were still evident. I asked about trading this van up to a 2015 and the sales managers reply to my salesman "If he can get it cheaper elsewhere then tell him to go ahead, we're not interested". Well, thanks for nothing Parkway, if you dont want repeat customers who pay cash for their purchases then fine....we did go elsewhere and got a much better deal! WE WONT BE BACK! More

I was looking to purchase a new Jeep Patriot. Al took the time to review all the different models, packages and options with me in detail. He also took time to review what I had previously built online and discussed what was important to me. Alex MacKenzie, Mohammad and Deborah were also very helpful and very professional. Picking up my new vehicle was a very smooth process as well. The dealership had the vehicle detailed and parked it inside their garage to stay clean. A few days after I picked up my new Jeep, I received a phone call from Al. He was simply following up and wanted to make sure everything was as I expected. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, and I plan to go back to Parkway Chrysler in the future! More

Great from start to finish.. Have been loking to purchase a used Jeep for the longest time but could not find exactly what i was looking for in my hometown. I came across a Jeep Wrangler in the Truck Trader at the Parkway Chrysler Dealership and knew i had better respond before it disappeared. I spoke with Al Ziesman via email and phone and arranged for a test drive the next day. It was exactly what i was looking for. The shop had detailed the vehicle and explained all the details to me. Alex was also very helpful. I could not pick it up that day but asked for the interior to be detailed again and it was spotless upon arrival. They kept it indoors so as to not get dirty. Al was wonderful, easy going, and did not make you feel pressured. I would easily recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Al and Alex were very knowledgeable about the product they were selling and wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks again for making the trip up the highway pleasant!
