Found me the PERFECT used vehicle! I went in to Parkway Chrysler looking for a specific used vehicle that I had seen listed....turned out I didn't like it at all. The product adviser, O I went in to Parkway Chrysler looking for a specific used vehicle that I had seen listed....turned out I didn't like it at all. The product adviser, OMER RAHIL, who greeted me in the parking lot, took the time to find out what I WAS looking for in a vehicle - I felt absolutely no pressure at all - and showed me a vehicle that was perfect for me. Omer even offered to pick me up from my house for my second visit - as I was vehicle-less at the time. I was very pleasantly surprised by the dealership experience. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER I had printed off their sale for a Dodge Journey with the trade in, I was to get back up camera, and free blue tooth , roof racks window visors and b I had printed off their sale for a Dodge Journey with the trade in, I was to get back up camera, and free blue tooth , roof racks window visors and bug scoop this was over a hand shack with the sales rep and this was completed in front of a 2nd party. When I went to pick up the new dodge journey there was nothing as per the agreement, the sales rep advised no you have purchased the basic. I advised no this was the agreement we made in his office and he refused to honor his agreement. Then I had a recall already under two months of owning this vehicle so I booked an appointment for 8:30am and that was a disappointment and I had to waiting there until 10:20pm before it was completed.. To me this dealership has showing me the worse service started from purchasing this vehicle to now. To anyone that thinks of dealing with these people I say Please visit any other Chrysler dealership if you can I am so not impress this this dealership at all. If I could do it all over again I would have picked somewhere other than this dealership!!!!! More
