Amazing Experience We had a great experience with Parkway Chrysler in Mississauga couple months ago when we purchased our brand new Dodge Caravan. When we walked inside We had a great experience with Parkway Chrysler in Mississauga couple months ago when we purchased our brand new Dodge Caravan. When we walked inside the dealership we were greeted by almost everyone of the staff including the General Manager Debbie Sguigna who came over to say hello and offered me and my dad some Coffee/Tea. The sales rep Yousif went above and beyond explaining the different trims and available options on the Dodge Caravan and he helped us find the perfect vehicle that had all the options we wanted within our budget! This dealership so far is the best dealership I've ever visited, great people, great environment and hype! Since then, I came back twice for oil change and I love how their staff make you feel welcomed and they're always there to answer all of your questions! Thanks to Yousif, Steve, Brian, Debbie, and the Service Team for your great work, kindness, honesty and effort! I really enjoy dealing with this dealership and I will always recommend it to family and friends and everyone. More

Terrible service- don't waste your time Went there after I purchased a Jeep. Thought it was perfect since it is 5 minutes away from my house. Went in for service once. A week later heard a p Went there after I purchased a Jeep. Thought it was perfect since it is 5 minutes away from my house. Went in for service once. A week later heard a peculiar noise from my Jeep. Looked at the issue and realized that one of the major and very important parts was not tightened. Went to dealership, asked for the service manager Dave Farley. Considering that if the part would of came of it would of caused a serious crash, Dave was sipping on his coffee without any sympathy. Told me that it happens, and that I should come back a week after every service to ensure everything is tight. Dave did not apologize, did not offered any solution until I had to explode and make him realize how serious the issue was. After the general manager got involved, the issue was resolved, no thank you to Dave. Came back two weeks later with a car that was stalling every few minutes, the service rep advised me that they can't even take a look at it. Drove my car to Team Chrysler and got the issue resolved right away. Don't service your car at this dealer unless your okay with coming back a week after every service to ensure they did not mess anything up. More

Friendly, fair and courteous. I wanted to share a great experience that I had purchasing my latest vehicle. After being poorly serviced by both Chrysler/Dodge dealerships in Bramp I wanted to share a great experience that I had purchasing my latest vehicle. After being poorly serviced by both Chrysler/Dodge dealerships in Brampton, I decided to give Parkway Chrysler a try. I got a response to my initial email inquiry within minutes on a Saturday evening and by noon the next day I was test driving my van. Jesse Saba was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite, calm and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The final package price that I negotiated with Jesse and Marco was fair, and I truly felt that they appreciated my business. Ravi in finance was able to finalize the sale and provided us with a monthly payment that suited our budget. I had to go back to the dealership a couple of times, once to actually finalize the purchase and another to pickup a set of rubber mats, and both times Jesse immediately greeted us at the door and took care of us right away so that we were in and out quickly. He had no problem going back to our van to show or explain any options that we couldn't figure out on our own. A really good experience! We had a great experience recently with Parkway Chrysler Mississauga. We had attended in hopes of just researching a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Not o We had a great experience recently with Parkway Chrysler Mississauga. We had attended in hopes of just researching a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Not only were we greeted at the door by Zafar Siddiqui but the Manager Debbie Sguigna, came over to say hello and apologize for the lack of heat in the building as they were having problems that day with the heating in the building. Zafar went to every extent to find a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, as my husband had his heart set on this car after having two Laredos in the past. There was no Laredo (Granite color) to be found in all of the GTA, or beyond. But Zafar was very understanding and accomodating and asked that we test drive some of the other Cherokees. Well my husband finally decided on the 2016 Cherokee Limited, True Blue - a beautiful vehicle! Thank you to Zafar, Sami, and Ravi, for your patience, kindness and courteousness, we will certainly recommend your services!! More
