No pressure, no hounding, search at your own pace This dealership was different from previous ones I've visited. All staff were courteous and sales team let you look around and offer assistance witho This dealership was different from previous ones I've visited. All staff were courteous and sales team let you look around and offer assistance without breathing down your neck. You can take your time without thinking you'll feel the pressure of a sales pitch soon. Pressure never happened but still acknowledged me. I bought a used vehicle from Munir Siddiqui and he was very easy going and easy to negotiate with. He provided the necessary information I needed without asking. Example, history of accidents. The Finance manager, Mohammad Khan was also a pleasure to deal with as he did not pressure me for extended warranty, rust protection, etc. He would just say ask yourself if you're ok to pay thousands if something went wrong as chances exist but are slim or have a peace of mind, it's up to you. He also shopped around for the best possible rate and term from several financial institutions. In general, I'm glad I dropped by this dealership. It was one of many I've visited during my search. They know how to make you comfortable and not pressure you into any sale or option. I would definitely come back here for our next purchase. More

Great costumer service by Munir Siddiqui I was a walk in first time costumer of Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Mississauga. He was very helpful, friendly and patient, answer all my question to my satisfaction and not al all made me feel like he is only interested in sale. He introduced me to the rest of the sale teem and after talking with them I decided to make a purchase. While overall experience of buying a car form Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Mississauga left me with mixed feelings , Munir's Siddiqui level of professionalism and overall great costumer approach left me with feeling of satisfaction. Getting great service. Recently I brought my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan in for the "piece of mind" service package. Previously I had to bring it in to have a problem with the Recently I brought my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan in for the "piece of mind" service package. Previously I had to bring it in to have a problem with the interior heat control looked at. Something I had received a recall notice for. Unfortunately the problem was not corrected properly and I had to bring it in a second time. The service person I dealt with was named "Dan" and he felt terrible that this had happened to me and was very apologetic, even though it was not his fault. When I called, months later to have my vehicle routinely serviced, "Dan" remembered who I was and made sure my experience this time was exceptional. When I showed up at 7am he was ready and waiting and so was the mechanic "John". They performed their tasks quickly and were very concerned that I had a good experience. My vehicle was serviced, and I was home in less than an hour. First time ever that a car dealership made me feel like I really mattered. These 2 gentlemen deserve to be recognized for this. I know people have no problem complaining when things go wrong, but when you are made to feel important and like you are a priority, then these are the things that really matter. Next time I am in the neighbourhood I will drop in with Tim Hortons gift cards for both these gentlemen. This is how great they made me feel. The real reason I wrote this review was that I thought they deserve to be recognized as valuable and genuine employees who really care. Your dealership is lucky to have them. He went above and beyond to demonstrate and explain all the features of the mini van we were looking for. He has pleasant personality and posses always helping attitude.
