Great Buying Experience at Parkway Chrysler Walking in, we had a general idea of what we were looking for (a Grand Caravan SXT model with a certain set of features). After some unfruitful negotiations at some other dealerships we decided to take a look at Parkway, as we had heard great things. We were greeted at the door by Mr. Zafar who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the whole process. The negotiation was quite simple and he was able to get us a great deal on a model grade slightly higher than what we initially came in for. He was willing to answer any questions we had and made the pickup/delivery of the vehicle smooth and seamless. The GM, Debbie, came out to greet us and made sure we were fully satisfied with the deal. Our interactions with Ravi, the business manager were great as well. Would definitely recommend both Mr. Zafar and the dealership as a whole to anyone looking to buy a car! More

Ivery gone anD got a quote if the damage 900$+ so why should I be paying out if pocket yet I was delivered a damaged car which I did notify the sales person on the day of delivery. More

After test driving a 2015 J I walked into Parkway Chrysler just to take a look at a jeep. The staff were very welcoming, courteous and professional. After test driving a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailblazer I fell in love with it and decided that was what I wanted. After working thorough the details the team was able to get me into a new 2016 at a better rate than the 2015. A couple of days later I was very disappointed to see that the vehicle did not have a sunroof as I was told it would have, Needless to say I was very disappointed and upset however sales manager came to see me and asked to wait a few minutes he was going to see what he could. A few minutes later he was back and assured that I would get a moon roof at no additional cost to me. I was very happy with the decision and way he handled this situation in a very calm manner. I will be going in sometime in the next week to get the installation done. In the meantime I'm loving the new Jeep Cherokee Trailblazer.
