Crooked Dealership with Crooked General Manager PLEASE READ!!!! IF YOU ONLY READ ONE REVIEW, PLEASE READ THIS ONE!!! Recently purchased a vehicle here at GoAuto. As with other dealers, the proces PLEASE READ!!!! IF YOU ONLY READ ONE REVIEW, PLEASE READ THIS ONE!!! Recently purchased a vehicle here at GoAuto. As with other dealers, the process before signing the papers went smoothly. However, it was only after I signed the papers I was informed the car does not come with the floor mats, winter rims, and HID lights for the headlights. This is ridiculous because on the Auto Trader ad it fully discloses the car comes with winter rims, shows the car with the HID lights, and the floor mats were certainly in the car. This may have been partially my fault for not following up with these accessories at the time when looking at the car, I only assumed this was a fair dealer and that everything pictured, is what I would be receiving, but evidently that was not the case. The salesman, Alissa Lambert, was kind but I feel she was saying empty promises to get me to drive off with the car as at the time of pick up she said, in her own words, "she would find the mats and would personally deliver them to my house", but of course, I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for a definitive answer that I was NOT going to get the floor mats in the picture simply because "they don't know where they are". I then escalated this to their "General Sales Manager" FARID BAHNJI, and I put that title in quotations because after having a phone conversation about this matter, all he said was "I don't know" to every question I asked regarding the HID lights and why they were changed, the floor mats in the picture that I didn't receive, and the winter rims that was disclosed in the Auto Trader ad but of course, did not receive. The only real answer he gave me was that there was an error in the picture, as if someone photoshopped the floor mats into the vehicle. This answer was simply ridiculous, and I'm truly shocked that FARID BAHNJI was appointed to manage anything. After having a phone conversation with him it is so clearly that he is incompetent, rude, and does not possess an ounce of customer service. At the end of the day, I spent $25,000+ at this dealership, and they treated me with an attitude so unprofessional I was speechless. FARID BAHNJI did not call me to resolve this issue, instead he called me to argue that "this is the way the car is sold", contradicting what is being shown and advertised on Auto Trader. In summation, if I were in the market to purchase a car, I would NEVER go back to this dealership again. Just a ridiculous amount of unprofessionalism where people will say just about anything to get you to drive off with the car making you bind to the vehicle. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY BIGGEST ENEMY. NOBODY DESERVES TO BE LIED TO, ESPECIALLY WITH A PURCHASE OF THIS AMOUNT! More
