In this case he was Tim Sen, who was someone who didn't pressure us and was happy to let my daughter try car after car. He kept us in our price zone, however we after testing more and more cars found ourselves creeping outside our zone as they have a great selection of vehicles. I do recommend this dealership for at least a visit, as a yardstick to measure any others. Cheers Steve More

Well, when we met Tim at MyCar we were immediately put at ease. His professional and friendly manner, with no pressure whatsoever made us feel comfortable checking out the cars at our pace, and driving a few that we had selected for our shortlist.. Ultimately it was such a positive experience I decided to have my SUV evaluated to possibly trade in (not the original plan). I was satisfied with the number, and so we decided to move ahead with a second vehicle as well. Tony Campagna got us the financial information we needed in a professional manner (I have brutal anxiety when it comes to money stuff, but he kept me on the rails lol) Both vehicles were reconditioned and ready for pickup in only a few days. We are two very happy clients and will happily (if not insistently) recommend Tim Sen to anyone looking at buying a new (used) car. More

Best experience in 30 years of car purchases! I have had my share of experiences purchasing a car, and even if I was happy with the car, the experience and dealings left a bad taste that tainted t I have had my share of experiences purchasing a car, and even if I was happy with the car, the experience and dealings left a bad taste that tainted the happiness of a new car. My experience at MyCar was NOT like that; it was the BEST experience I have had at a dealership. We went to MyCar in Richmond after having a less-than-satisfactory experience at another dealership that played some games with us when we really wanted to buy a car. Mike was friendly and helpful, and we had done a lot of research and were pretty settled on a car but needed the test drive to confirm that it was the right car for us, and not just a good car on paper. After the test drive, we mentioned a car (same model and year) of interest at another dealership, he said it sure sounded to be a great deal and we should check it out; it was not the deal we hoped for and we made a bee line back to Mike and MyCar, even more impressed than ever because he did not play games and actually agreed we should check out this other deal. I have not run into that attitude before when buying cars, and it impressed the heck out of me. When we returned, the experience was easy and "clean" (no messing around)...price of the car and that of a trade-in were straight forward with no games played (unlike at that first dealership that we had walked out of for doing so). I was so happy with the experience that when I came to pick up the car, I picked up and brought along a dozen muffins for the friendly staff. Thank you Mike and everyone who worked in the background...the experience was fantastic, and the car was ready for me to pick up faster than I ever really expected or hoped. A great experience from the moment when we came in the door until I was driving off in the new car! More

That’s how I felt when I first walked in MyCar Richmond location and met Tim Sen. After a frustrating one month search around Ottawa and even Montreal, last weekend on Mother’s Day I bought my first car ever from Tim. Being a single mom to my 7 yr old with no family here in Canada, buying a car is a huge milestone in my life. Within the first five minutes of talking with Tim, I was sure I was at the right place. Not only he listened to my needs, he made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know as a first time car buyer. After test driving only a couple of vehicles, we test drove a Red Nissan Altima with very low kms and instantly knew that it was ours. Tim made sure everything was clearly explained and seamlessly easy for me. I took the delivery last evening (within 3 days of test drive). The car was shinning bright ready for us at the entrance. With the checklist, thank you service cards, and everything else he offered I do not have enough words to explain the gratitude I feel in him being there for me. I cannot thank him enough for this wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone and everyone to buy their cars from Tim at MyCar. Just put your trust in them and let them take care of everything. I would give more than 5 stars if the option was there. Note : They are also open on Sunday’s for a few hours which works perfect for us full time working people. 😊 More

We live 130 kilometers one way from My Car but the drive is worth it because the level of service we received on the G6 was second to none, so it was a no brainer for us to return. Friends living in our area that we referred to My Car who purchased are also super happy with the overall quality and level of service shown them. What really stood out was the fact that there was absolutely no pressure to purchase and we were offered the freedom to test drive any vehicle on the lot. We purchased a 140,000 kilometer warranty NO TIME LIMIT so as far as we are concerned we ended up with a slightly used car, a better than factory warranty, what a great feeling.
