Why aren't ALL car dealers like MyCar?! I have bought 7 or 8 cars in my life and, up to last week I absolutely HATED the whole car buying experience. Tim Sen provided courteous, knowledgeable, straightforward service. There was no pressure, no "gimmicks", no runaround. In no time at all I had road tested two different vehicles, selected one, and traded in my old car. Tim answered all my questions and his friendly, no-pressure attitude made the whole thing a stress-free experience. When I went back a few days later to pick up something I'd forgotten in my old car, Tim greeted me by name and took the time to ask how I was enjoying the car. I'd recommend Tim and MyCar to anyone who wants an easy, friendly, and straightforward car deal. More

Amazing Service - Perfect Car Just before Christmas this year, I walked into the mycar, only expecting to look around. After sitting down with Erik, he had a list of cars that he t Just before Christmas this year, I walked into the mycar, only expecting to look around. After sitting down with Erik, he had a list of cars that he thought I might like and after narrowing it down he lined them up so I can get a direct comparison. Gladly afterwards drove them each around. Smart guy, set me up to drive the 2012 Honda civic first and after driving it, nothing compared. That night I put down a hold payment and within days I was driving my new car. Erik was helpful, smart and quick to help me find the best car to suit my needs. Not to mention, still answers any question I might have, even after the whole process is over. Great experience, will gladly go there again. More

excellent. I tagged along with my teen Daughter for her to buy her 1st car. The Salesman (Erik) was great with her. This was her car, and so I let my daughter do all the negotiations, discussions, etc , I was there to ensure that she was not going to be taken advantage of by a car salesman and pressured into buying something she did not want. Anyway there was no Pressure. He listened to her and was very helpful in finding the car that was perfect for her.. Has well he helped with the little extra's that she needed, snow tires, and other accessories. (Ps. thx to Tony as well for helping with the finances for her. All in all a very pleasant experience for her, and one I know she will recommend to her friends. More
