I was sent home and told i would be called back as soon as they heard something from the banks .. well its been a week now and they still havent called me back . I decided to go to car canada on wednesday and by thursday they had an approval for me at a good %. So in my opinion if your credit is less then perfect dont go to mycar in richmond because clearly they dont want to put the effort into helping you and mike wont take the time to call you back unless its money in his pocket . More

Bought car....5 weeks later motor blown Was happy with initial service,but 5 weeks later motor went in the car I purchased. When I needed to rent a car while mine was in the shop getting repaired I needed to rent a car for 15 days I asked if they could do anything to help, they said not their problem it's under warranty. So not the way to treat a customer you just charged tens of thousands of dollars for a car. So not the way for repeat business or a recommendation More
