Took over 5 weeks to fix my car ...which is under warranty. I received a loaner for 1 week only. When i picked up my car I found a part on the passenger side floor ....and the sunroof roller shade warranty. I received a loaner for 1 week only. When i picked up my car I found a part on the passenger side floor ....and the sunroof roller shade was closed ( they closed it)....i press button to open and its now broken after sitting in their care for 5 weeks. Sigh. Another trip back to ask for help....and was told to book appt wait times are 2 weeks. i insisted and finally told the part was a GDI cap that was left on the floor .. forgotten ....and it was now put back on. Then told sunroof worked fine....so i got back in car and pressed sunroof button...still not opening? I asked again....you got this open ? Oh....no they didn't check that. I Couldnt make an appt either as he was too busy. I am going to wait for an email now .. to book it in for a diagnosis for an issue that broke in their care while sitting on their lot for 5 weeks . I was told.... 2 to 3 weeks wait time..... as the issue was unrelated to the engine failure issue they just fixed. But it is related.....as this is my ongoing service experience :( More

My daughter brought her Tuscon in for servicing today ( 1 of the 2 new cars i bought from them so far ) .. and they totally scammed her on costs to repair. She is a single mom with 3 kids, and she trusted t of the 2 new cars i bought from them so far ) .. and they totally scammed her on costs to repair. She is a single mom with 3 kids, and she trusted them because of me. I feel terrible, she was in tears today ! they quoted her $600 to repair an AC unit , and $2500 for total repairs to make her " safe " . Long story short --- she got a 2nd opinion -- and her AC fixed for $120 and all safety repairs completed for $1100. And when she asked for her money back to return the preordered AC unit -- they charged her a $10% restocking fee. :( Such bad service , I can't even :( More
