Then ordering the vehicle we wanted, keeping us informed every step of the way. He had Gene Levin call us when the vehicle was ready for pickup. We went in and dealt with Melissa in finance, then the insurance company came and we got that all sorted, then Gene went over the vehicle with my wife and I. Done to perfection. Very pleasant buying experience with the whole team! More

Received a warm welcome and a recognition as a repeat customer from the service dept. I was told what was to be done and the time it would be ready. Call was made that car was ready. Oil change/tire rotaion Though I had a specific appointment time, my vehicle was still on the lot half an hour later so I spoke to service about it. It was explained to me th Though I had a specific appointment time, my vehicle was still on the lot half an hour later so I spoke to service about it. It was explained to me that a service appointment is like a doctor's appointment. I didn't appreciate that comparison since I have never waited half an hour for a confirmed doctor's appointment. Initially I was told it would take 2 hours to complete the service, I was concerned that I would be at the dealership longer than anticipated. Danny assured me my vehicle would be ready 2 hours after I first came in, and it was so that was a pleasant consolation. As far as washing the vehicle, it was not to my standards. The mats were barely clean and only the outside of the vehicle was washed, no attention to inside the door frames which is where a lot of dirt accumulates. The fact there was a special price offered for an oil change and tire rotation is the only reason I went to the dealership for this service. Otherwise, I find Canadian Tire most competent and price competitive. When I book an appointment with them, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. More

84,000km maintenance i had an appointment booked for 730am - unfortunately the rear gate wasn't open so I had to wait for a bit - when I saw customer's vehicle being drive i had an appointment booked for 730am - unfortunately the rear gate wasn't open so I had to wait for a bit - when I saw customer's vehicle being driven in the lot, I had to walk to the service area to have the gate opened it would have been nice to have heard an apology, however, all I heard was an excuse about why the gate wasn't open (something about a garbage truck) a bit frustrating otherwise the service visit was fine More
