Oil change There were 2 appointments made without our knowledge. We were able to make the second one. 11:50 appointment But work didn’t start till 2 pm. Once work on car started they were fast Cal was cleaned very well $100 for an oil change is a bit much. Might look at other options next time More
Excellent Experience Sam Ridgeon took me for my test drive. He explained all the features of the car and how it worked. Excellent service. Wonderful service staff! Front line people are so important! When ever I phone in for an appointment or come in, the service people are so welcoming. They remember who I am, ask how I'm doing and explain very clearly what is needed and how much it will cost. If I can't manage the cost, they always advise me on what is most important to do. An Unfortunate Exception to Previous Experience After having excellent service in the past, this most recent interaction was surprising and very disappointing. I had to have a side mirror replaced, After having excellent service in the past, this most recent interaction was surprising and very disappointing. I had to have a side mirror replaced, which I felt was a relatively minor task. Instead, it turned into a series of very frustrating events. The replacement part sat for a number of weeks at the dealership after it arrived from the paint shop and I was not notified to arrange for installation. Then when I brought my vehicle in and left it for the requested 1.5 hour installation time, it sat in a parking stall where I discovered it still unattended to a couple hours later. Charlie Calbury told me he had been out for lunch so the person responsible for installation forgot about it. He installed the mirror himself in less than 10 minutes and waived the fee. There really was no satisfactory explanation for why these things happened. I did receive multiple apologies but this did not really remedy the situation and I came away feeling a less than valued customer, which I had not felt before. More
