A simple regular service call, oil change never less than $400.00 Why? My friend purchased and services her car there too. Same year, smaller model She has never had to paid close to that amount. She tells me I 'm crazy to let that happen! Both cars purchased arround same time, both purchased similar warranty coverage. My car wasn't washed until my daughter question it. Now I receive a very quick outside rise off. The other part which is very Big to me lack of loaner cars! When cars have seriou problems it is usually unplanned. So I have been unable to prebook 2 weeks in advance to get a loaner! so I can then go to work while the car is being serviced/ repaired!! My concerns are : cost of my regular service calls ( extra work I understand) Lack of loaner cars available when there is an unexpected/planned repair required for my car. Also it was commented to me that the area is a high senior customer service shop. that I am not! I still work, I don't have a spouse, no option of another vehicle available at home for me to use!! When these situations happen. More

As work begins on my car I wander thru the showroom to see what is new and ask a few questions of familiar faces along the way....all answered with welcoming smiles.
