However the best part of my experience was the kindness, patience and understanding of my continuing complex challenges following my serious accident last month. They listened to my story and had amazing empathy when I was struggling. In addition to the staff I directly dealt with the other staff were welcoming and supportive as well. For example: if the switchboard is not available during lunch hour, program that into your idiot machine. Why is it faster to drive to the dealership to get an answer to a routine question, than it is to have a return call. I went to a lot of trouble to have the cash available when requested, rather than waiting a day when it would have been more convenient, and would have precluded having a introductory session in the dark. I understand that having your staff try to sell me every guarantee, bell, whistle, etc is part of the ordeal. I was not prepared for the insurance agent to have their own non ICBC agenda. More
