Call Andres! Andres went above and beyond! I first met in him August 2018 looking for a Hyundai Veloster. They didn’t have any on the lot, but he said he’d keep an Andres went above and beyond! I first met in him August 2018 looking for a Hyundai Veloster. They didn’t have any on the lot, but he said he’d keep an eye out for one. Then in December 2018 he gave me a call to come in and check out a brand new trade it. A 2016 Hyundai Veloster with only 13,000km. I fell in love and traded in Jeep Patriot only a couple days later. Once we finalize the deal, Melissa helped explain the payment and the extra warranty options. Once everything is was complete Andres took the time to help me connect my phone to the car. They appear to be able to read their customers and are quick to resolve issues. It is like the line " we do not deal with problems we deal with solutions ". It certainly has kept me as a long term customer and an advocate for the product and his dealership. I am reluctant to say names because there are so many.
