Routine oil change and alignment The service was completed quickly and the service department was friendly. The paperwork also didn't show any measurement after the alignment was completed; the wheel is now pulling in the other direction. I called immediately after leaving the dealership and was told they would return my call (Thursday evening) and I have still not received a call back (Monday morning). My alignment is off, my car wasn't cleaned and I didn't receive a call back. More
Call Andres! Andres went above and beyond! I first met in him August 2018 looking for a Hyundai Veloster. They didn’t have any on the lot, but he said he’d keep an Andres went above and beyond! I first met in him August 2018 looking for a Hyundai Veloster. They didn’t have any on the lot, but he said he’d keep an eye out for one. Then in December 2018 he gave me a call to come in and check out a brand new trade it. A 2016 Hyundai Veloster with only 13,000km. I fell in love and traded in Jeep Patriot only a couple days later. Once we finalize the deal, Melissa helped explain the payment and the extra warranty options. Once everything is was complete Andres took the time to help me connect my phone to the car. Overall great experience! More

The staff have always been very friendly and listen to any concerns I have and are willing to help. Before any additional service is done on my vehicle (other than what the vehicle was scheduled for), the work is explained and then I can either give the go ahead or say no it can wait. Never any pressure to "up sell". There is no doubt that I will bring my vehicle back for its next service. Can' say enough good things about Danny and the rest of the service department. More

As an owner of 4 Santa Fe`s and 3 Elantra`s over the years I have a lot of experience before Cedric and presently. He has picked a very competent team in Sales and Service. They appear to be able to read their customers and are quick to resolve issues. It is like the line " we do not deal with problems we deal with solutions ". It certainly has kept me as a long term customer and an advocate for the product and his dealership. I am reluctant to say names because there are so many. But I have dealt with Gene in Sales and Charlie and Danny in Service. Fantastic people. More
